I ordered this for my fiance for Christmas since we had to cancel our gym membership a few months ago. We have some free weights, but couldn’t get all of our workout done until we purchased these bands. We don’t really use the light band. Seem to just alter our stance with the middle band so far to make it easier and harder, but maybe when we actually watch the DVD the light and heavier bands will be used more.
We have really enjoyed this set so far.
Like a lot of other reviewers the door attachment was missing. I called and they were very friendly. It arrived at my house in about 3 days. The attachment is just a small velcro band that fits into a business envelope. I was expecting some sort of fancy hard plastic or metal piece so I was quite surprised. We have yet to use the attachment but love the tubes.
